What does the 85/15 split with a ~$12K cap mean? +
You keep 85% of each commission and nXtRE takes 15%, until that 15% totals roughly $12,000 in a year (your cap). After that, you keep 100% for the rest of the year. We'll model your exact numbers on the call.
