What does "nXtRE sponsors you" actually mean? +

In Florida, a new license must be activated under a sponsoring broker. nXtRE agrees to be that broker and supports you through the process with training and mentorship — and, depending on the program and your fit call, can help with startup costs. Exact terms are agreed before you enroll.

How long does it take to get licensed? +

Most people complete Florida's required 63-hour pre-license course and pass the state exam in about 8–14 weeks, depending on your pace. The roadmap lays out the full timeline.

What will it cost me? +

Plan for the pre-license course, state exam, fingerprinting, and application fees (typically a few hundred dollars total). The roadmap breaks down current costs, and we'll cover what nXtRE can help with on your call.

Do I need any experience? +

No. Many of our best professionals are career-changers. You need to be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be ready to put in the work. We provide the training and the tools.
